Vice-chairman of SK E&C, Yoon Suk-kyong, attended the opening ceremony of the Exclusive Handball Stadium at Olympic Park located in Songpa-gu, Seoul and also watched the men’s qualifying match for the London Olympics between Korea and Japan on October 23. On this day, Chairman Chey Tae-won, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Choi Kwang-sik, Chairman of the Korean Sport Council, Park Yong-sung, and Wu Sun-hee, of the National team of handball as well as President Lee Myung-bak watched the game together.

The Exclusive Handball Stadium was built by SK E&C as a public works project, the design and construction of which was funded entirely by SK E&C. The three story stadium is 17,337㎡ with one basement and is Korea’s first dedicated handball facility
